60-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase required. Returns/exchanges cannot be competed without a receipt or order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages that occur after purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Clearance, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), any worn or washed items, damaged, and personal care goods (such as beauty products may not be returned). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards.
You may exchange an item that is unworn and unused, with original tags. Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges. Worn or washed item may not be exchanged or returned. Receipt required if exchanging for a different item than originally purchased.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
